Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Every candle and wax melt is hand crafted in small batches in New Zealand, allowing us to carefully inspect each product before it leaves our studio. This hands on approach ensures the quality and consistency we're proud to put our name on.

We use a premium coconut soy wax blend chosen for its clean performance, excellent fragrance throw, and smooth finish. Our carefully selected fragrance oils come from trusted suppliers committed to ingredient transparency and are formulated without phthalates or parabens. Many also meet enhanced ingredient screening standards designed to avoid ingredients associated with higher safety concerns.

To get the very best performance from your Emery Lane candles and wax melts, please follow these simple care and safety guidelines.

Candle Care & Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials.
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains in the vessel.
Keep the wax free from wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
Avoid burning in drafty areas or near open windows, fans, or air conditioning vents.
Never move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.

Wax Melt Care & Safety

Use only in a suitable wax warmer designed for wax melts.
Never add water to melted wax.
Do not overfill your wax warmer.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
Do not move the warmer while the wax is melted or hot.
Allow the wax to cool completely before removing or replacing it.
Keep the wax free from dust and debris for the best fragrance performance.
