Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
